(Full disclosure, I've known Lonnie Riggs for about 25 years since high school) Now that I've got that out the way: As a native Philadelphian, I take great pride in knowing a great cheese steak when I try one, Sunday was my first time having one from Corinthians Steaks and WOW! I'm hooked! It's by far the best cheese steak I've ever had. The flavor was amazing, it was juicy and just enough cheese to hit the spot.
